  • Supports the campaign’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. This is a behind-the-scenes role that will work alongside the finance manager.

    1. Track expenses and contributions

    1. Serve as a point of contact for need based inquiries to the campaign

    2. Log and track requests, concerns, and follow-ups

    3. Provide accurate information about available community, state, or federal resources

    4. Provide accurate contact information or guides to external agencies or organizations (without promising outcomes)

    5. Identify recurring issues raised by community members

    6. Share trends and systemic barriers with campaign leadership to inform policy priorities

    Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Strong listening and empathy skills

    • Ability to document information clearly and accurately

    • Familiarity with community resources or willingness to learn

    • Ability to maintain boundaries (no promises, referrals only)

    • Interest in social services, advocacy, or community work

  • Help guide, organize and teach volunteers to reach out to voters on behalf of the campaign (textbanking, phonebanking, events and canvassing).

    1. Structuring, maintaining, teaching and leading the volunteer base

    2. Track volunteers with our volunteer spreadsheet, keep tabs on building rapport and connections with volunteers and community leaders

    3. Help guide (and if possible, run) training sessions for volunteers.
