Supports the campaign by gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to help guide field, fundraising, and outreach efforts. Makes information usable and actionable.
Collect and maintain voter, volunteer, and supporter data
Enter and clean data from canvassing, phonebanks, and events
Help analyze field and fundraising metrics
Create simple reports and summaries for campaign leadership
Support targeting and list-building efforts
Coordinate with field, digital, and fundraising teams to ensure data accuracy

Supports the campaign’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance. This is a behind-the-scenes role that will work alongside the finance manager.
Track expenses and contributions
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
Support compliance with FEC and state reporting requirements
Organize receipts and documentation
Coordinate with treasurer or compliance vendors
Maintain confidential financial records

Maintain contact lists for reporters, outlets, and influencers
Assist with press outreach and follow-ups

Monitor news coverage and social media trends
Help draft social media posts, press emails, and talking points
Support rapid response to breaking news

Respond to community members who reach out for help. This role centers listening, documentation, and connection to existing resources.
Serve as a point of contact for need based inquiries to the campaign
Log and track requests, concerns, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information about available community, state, or federal resources
Provide accurate contact information or guides to external agencies or organizations (without promising outcomes)
Identify recurring issues raised by community members
Share trends and systemic barriers with campaign leadership to inform policy priorities

Help guide, organize and teach volunteers to reach out to voters on behalf of the campaign (textbanking, phonebanking, events and canvassing).
Structuring, maintaining, teaching and leading the volunteer base
Track volunteers with our volunteer spreadsheet, keep tabs on building rapport and connections with volunteers and community leaders
Help guide (and if possible, run) training sessions for volunteers.
